I'm not too big of a fan of Starbucks in the first place (CBTL fo' life, ese) but this place was open early. There was a long line when I entered. The cashier who took my order seemed a little loopy when my boyfriend and I asked for frappucinos with extra shots of espresso. When we received our drinks, the extra shots of espresso were sitting on top of blended ice. Hell-to-the NO. The rating system is right: I've had better!

We used to get our Starbucks fix from inside a Target where we used to live. We hardly ever went to a standalone Starbucks which has all the choices that a Target Starbucks doesn't. In any case, our orders are pretty simple (hot chocolate with a pump of caramel or a white hot chocolate with cinnamon). Last time we got a white hot chocolate with cinnamon the employee punched it in as a dark chocolate hot chocolate with 2 pumps of white chocolate and 2 pumps of cinnamon dulce de leche. When the barista asked to clarify if hubby had ordered a dark chocolate or tan chocolate drink we were confused. The drink was not at all what he had ordered but we still have no idea how we didn't order it correctly when we've always ordered it that way and gotten something very different.

Need my daily fix here. I love the rewards card that is re-loadable for discounts & a convince phone App you can tap & pay. Always friendly service. Personal fav Mocha Frappuccino.

New management in. Everything has improved, including the morale of the baristas. These baristas are top notch and the espresso beverages they make are always excellent, which I can't say of other Starbucks locations. If I get my drink here, I never have a complaint. If you stop here for a drink, be friendly and warm to the baristas and they will treat you like royalty.

You have to be careful about where you buy coffee in Utah county. Otherwise, you will find yourself drinking a cup of coffee that was brewed 10 hours ago. At least I don't have to worry about that at Starbucks. PS No drive through at this location.

My daily fix of white chocolate mocha is always here and i love it!! They can be a bit slow at times but i guess it just depends on the staff at the time i go there. Other than that though, i haven't had a problem with them. Keep up the good work yall!!

Love this place. I visit once or twice a week and usually stay and read for awhile. The people are great, the service is great, the environment is pleasant, and the store is clean. The coffee is pretty much the same as you'll get at any Starbucks, but the environment really sets it apart from many of the ones I've visited (and I'm from Seattle!).

Customer service was excellent they went above and beyond warming up my banana bread I was five cents short he said don't worry about it coffee fresh all around fantastic atmosphere a view of the mountains

I stopped by this Starbucks before heading in to work. I was fresh off a flight from Las Vegas to Salt Lake City and hadn't had my coffee fix or breakfast. I ordered my coffee, along with a breakfast sandwich. My Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato came out quickly....but there was no sign of my sandwich. I asked the Barista if my sandwich would be coming out where I got my coffee, and he asked if I had ordered a sandwich. The Barista confirmed this with the cashier, and then apologized for the miscommunication. He quickly prepared my sandwich, and as it was ready, another person bagged my order and brought it over to me (I found out that this person was the manager). She apologized for the trouble, and took it a step forward, handing me a drink coupon for my troubles!!! This was a true example of exemplary customer service!!! Thank you for making my experience so awesome!!

I visited this location when they were busy and the staff was very pleasant. The seating area is a bit small and not as secluded as other Starbucks in the area, so I would not recommend the café for anyone who is trying to get work done. However, if you are simply stopping by for a drink then this is a good Starbucks to visit.
